My journey into technology was not a straight line. You would think that after my first experience with a computer, an IBM XT 286 with a whopping 640 KB of RAM and 20 MB hard disk, that the rest would be history. You would be wrong.
It took a multitude of different experiences before finally reaching my calling in technology. I spent 5 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and afterward, managed a portfolio of contracts as a Contracting Officer. Not following a straight path into technology meant I had to uncomplicate it and learn it on my own. This works out great for my clients because I’m able to use the same methods that worked for me to help them understand and improve their relationship with technology. No fancy or complicated tech lingo here! Currently, I play the role of a business analyst, project manager and engineer all rolled into one package for a private foundation’s enterprise initiatives. It’s in this role where I founded Kuy Consulting with one sole mission in mind: to help organizations leverage technology tools to their fullest potential.
